NOFLEET
Truck yard as a transport operating environment

Find drivers

Drivers for your specific assignment

We start with your requirement – vehicle, region, time frame and requirements – and then decide whether direct placement or a qualification route fits.

Which drivers you need

Drivers for your operation

Vehicle, load, practical experience and workplace requirements are as important as licence class.

  • Logistics and freight forwarding
  • Building materials and steel
  • Waste management and municipal services
  • Tanker transport and energy
  • Food and refrigerated transport
  • Agriculture and livestock
  • Bus and passenger transport

A licence shows what someone may drive — not how well they fit your operation

A driving licence shows which vehicles a person may drive. On its own, it does not show operational fit for your specific vehicle, manoeuvring, mirror work, route profile, safety behaviour or use case. Experience and operational fit are therefore assessed separately from the licence class.

  • Licence class and professional qualification: what is formally evidenced
  • Practical experience: vehicles, bodies, loads and route profiles actually driven
  • Operational fit: manoeuvring, mirrors, safety routine and your company-specific requirements

How NOFLEET works

  • An orientation, not a guaranteed sequence. Not every driver needs every step.
  • 1 · RequirementDefine assignment, vehicle, location, experience and desired start together.
  • 2 · Recruiting and selectionNOFLEET sources candidates through direct outreach, an established network and targeted digital recruiting campaigns, focused by region or driver profile. Verified experience and operational fit are assessed separately; a shortlist is agreed with you.
  • 3 · Initial review and qualification planConsider licence, professional qualification, language and other prerequisites separately.
  • 4 · Mobility and accommodationCoordinate travel and accommodation where a change of location requires it.
  • 5 · Academy and driving schoolThe Academy supports language and preparation; driving schools deliver licence-related training.
  • 6 · Onboarding and startPrepare the transition into your operation and company-specific induction.

Who takes responsibility for what

Mobility and the transition into your business

Travel, accommodation and onboarding are considered alongside recruiting. Scope and availability are agreed individually, not promised across every location.

Already have a driver — or need to assess a vacancy?

The existing readiness check helps organise open questions about an individual driver; it does not verify credentials. The vacancy calculator uses your own values, not market benchmarks. Both tools currently run in German.
