Professional drivers for employers

Find professional drivers. Qualify. Employ.

NOFLEET helps employers find drivers for their specific operations. We recruit in Germany, the EU and selected third countries and coordinate qualification, mobility and onboarding where required.

Industries and assignments

We start with the work you need covered, not with a generic driver category.

  • Logistics and freight forwarding
  • Building materials and steel
  • Waste management and municipal services
  • Tanker transport and energy
  • Food and refrigerated transport
  • Agriculture and livestock transport
  • Bus and passenger transport

What a useful driver profile tells you

After an assignment is agreed, suitable real candidate profiles are compiled for your requirement. Licence, relevant experience, language, qualifications and the intended start need to be considered together. A profile is not proof of operational readiness.

  • CE · Building materials and steelExample profile format only — not a currently available candidate. Vehicle and load experience would be reviewed for your assignment.
  • CE · Waste managementExample profile format only — not a currently available candidate. Collection procedures, vehicle familiarity and company induction would be clarified.
  • CE · ADR tankerExample profile format only — not a currently available candidate. The transport type, relevant ADR credentials and practical experience would be checked separately.
  • D/DE · Scheduled bus servicesExample profile format only — not a currently available candidate. Passenger communication, route experience and onboarding needs would be reviewed.

From your requirement to the start in your business

One point of contact coordinates the employer, driver, Academy, driving school and other involved partners.

  • These steps are an orientation, not a guaranteed sequence. Not every driver needs every step; order and scope depend on the individual route.
  • 1 · Define the requirementAgree the operation, vehicle, location, experience and desired start.
  • 2 · Recruit and selectIdentify suitable drivers, review profiles and discuss potential matches with you.
  • 3 · Review the routeConsider licence, professional qualification, language and other prerequisites separately.
  • 4 · Coordinate mobilityWhere relocation is needed, coordinate travel and accommodation as appropriate.
  • 5 · Prepare and qualifyThe Academy supports language and preparation; driving schools deliver licence-related training.
  • 6 · Plan onboardingPrepare the handover into your operation and agree the company-specific induction.

Academy: preparation before practice

Occupational language, learning materials and learning support help connect the driver's preparation with the actual assignment. Support may include preparation for licence conversion or accelerated initial qualification. Company-specific learning modules are a future option, not a fixed current offer.

Driving schools train. NOFLEET coordinates the overall route.

  • Driving schoolsLicence-related theory and practice, C/CE and D/DE training, and examination preparation and organisation within the relevant training route.
  • NOFLEET and the AcademyRecruiting, qualification planning, occupational language, learning support, coordination with your business and the school, mobility and transition into work.
  • Authorities and examination bodiesThe responsible bodies retain their decisions on licences, examinations, recognition and permissions.

Mobility does not end at the border

If a driver needs to move for preparation, qualification or employment, NOFLEET can coordinate travel, accommodation and the transition between locations. Scope is agreed case by case: no blanket accommodation availability, cost coverage or fixed duration is promised.

Recruiting in Germany, Europe and selected international markets

The right candidate does not have to come from a particular country. Assignment, qualifications, availability and the realistic route to work determine the search. Origin, destination and qualification remain separate questions.

A coordinated network

NOFLEET connects recruiting structures with specialist partners. Recruiting partners support outreach and preselection; driving schools and training providers deliver their respective training; the Academy supports preparation; mobility partners and employers support the transition and induction.

Specialist topics and planning tools

Licence conversion, professional qualification, FQN/Code 95, ADR and driver cards need their own review. Our German-language readiness check identifies open questions without verifying credentials; the vacancy calculator uses your own figures to estimate potential revenue during a vacancy, not guaranteed lost profit.

Before your enquiry

  • Which drivers does NOFLEET recruit?Truck, bus and specialist drivers, selected around your assignment and the prerequisites of the individual driver.
  • One driver or a group?Individual placement remains possible. Where qualification is needed, suitable projects may use a coordinated group route; scope is agreed with the employer.
  • Do you also recruit in Germany and the EU?Yes. The match to your requirement matters more than a particular country of origin.
  • How does an enquiry begin?Describe your requirement. NOFLEET reviews the assignment, suitable profiles and possible next steps; a specific measure is not prescribed in advance.
  • Is qualification and mobility support included?Where needed, NOFLEET coordinates preparation and qualification with the relevant partners and can organise mobility and accommodation. Scope is agreed individually.

What NOFLEET is not

  • Not a driving school or authority
  • Not a job board or temporary staffing agency
  • No guarantees of visas, recognition, timing, costs, availability or employment start
