Academy

Preparation that leads to the assignment

If the drivers you intend to employ need language or assignment preparation, the Academy supports occupational language, learning materials and learning support — aligned with the individual driver route and your operation.

What the Academy supports

Modules are combined around the driver route and employer's operation. Not every driver needs every element.

  • Occupational languageCommunication about vehicles, loads, customers, passengers and workplace processes.
  • Learning materials and supportStructured materials and support to connect learning with everyday practice.
  • Assignment preparationPreparation for operating procedures, communication and expectations in the employer's business.
  • Licence-conversion preparationLearning support for steps that may be required. The conversion decision remains with the responsible authority.
  • Accelerated initial qualification preparationLanguage and content preparation; mandatory instruction and examination remain within the prescribed training route.
  • Future company-specific modulesTailored learning and preparation modules are planned. What may be possible for an individual employer is discussed after enquiry, not offered as a fixed current programme.

Preparation is not official training or examination

The Academy is not a driving school. It does not replace mandatory training, examinations, certification or authority decisions. Supporting preparation must not be confused with completing an official qualification.

Where the Academy fits in the overall route

Recruiting, initial review, mobility, Academy and driving-school preparation, and the possible employment start need to be connected. This is an orientation: sequence and scope depend on the profile and existing prerequisites.

Mobility and accommodation

A driver may need to move for preparation, qualification or work. NOFLEET can coordinate travel and accommodation where required. Scope and availability are agreed individually, without promised cost coverage or duration.
