Truck drivers C/CE

Whether local distribution or long haul: we match drivers to your vehicles, routes and shift patterns and check open points before an assignment is planned.

Define the truck-driver requirement

C or CE is only the starting point. We consider your vehicle, load, work pattern and practical experience needs together.

  • Operation and vehicleLocal, long-haul or international work; articulated trucks, swap bodies, refrigerated vehicles, containers, tippers and tanker or silo vehicles.
  • Additional requirementsClarify ADR or other specialist requirements for the actual load and operation, rather than assuming one credential covers every assignment.
  • Location and scaleNumber of drivers, workplace, destination country and desired start. Germany and Poland are initial destinations; other routes require individual review.

Review the route before planning the start

Origin, destination, licence issuing country, professional qualification and experience are distinct factors. Nationality alone does not tell us how a licence must be treated.

  • Licence C/CEClass, validity, issuing country and any conversion questions for the destination.
  • Professional qualification and evidenceReview initial qualification and periodic training separately from evidence such as FQN/Code 95. The licence and driver card have different purposes.
  • Driver card and experienceDriver card status where required, relevant vehicles, loads and practical driving experience.
  • Language, mobility and permission to workWorkplace communication, travel and the residence/employment route are reviewed separately. Self-reported details are not verified credentials.

Finding a driver is only the beginning

One point of contact links the involved services so employers do not have to organise every provider independently.

  • Order and scope are case-dependent. Initial review is not authority approval or a visa, recognition, funding or start-date guarantee.
  • 1 · Define the requirementAgree fleet, assignment, experience and profile.
  • 2 · Recruit and matchCompare suitable recruiting markets and driver profiles.
  • 3 · Initial reviewIdentify prerequisites and unresolved points before further binding decisions.
  • 4 · Employment and mobility routeAlign employer and driver around the individual destination and employment pathway.
  • 5 · QualificationCoordinate necessary preparation and possible funding questions with specialised partners.
  • 6 · Onboarding and startCoordinate relocation and induction after the necessary prerequisites have been clarified.

Qualification delivered by specialist partners

NOFLEET coordinates driving schools, training providers and other specialists where preparation is required. The Academy supports language and learning; it does not replace mandatory training or examinations.

Plan the full cost of the route

Recruiting, qualification, mobility and the anticipated employer contribution should be considered together. A meaningful plan follows the individual review, not a blanket price or funding calculation. Possible funding is considered where appropriate; eligibility and amount are decided by the responsible body.

Already have a truck driver?

Discuss the licence, professional qualification, mobility and open questions about the route to readiness. An existing profile still needs to be matched to your fleet and operation.
