Countries & mobility
Origin, destination and qualification – considered separately
Which route is possible depends on three questions: where the driver comes from, where they will work and which qualification they bring.
Three different questions
- Origin and current situationRecruiting market, citizenship, residence and licence issuing country are not interchangeable. Each contributes different information to the review.
- Destination and assignmentWhere the driver will work, the vehicle and the operation determine what needs to be considered. Germany-specific guidance is not automatically valid elsewhere.
- Existing qualificationLicence, professional qualification and its evidence, driver card, language and experience are reviewed separately.
Mobility routes
- Germany & EUDirect placement where prerequisites and operational fit are present; missing points reviewed individually.
- Third countriesCase-specific recruiting, preparation, qualification and residence/employment review, rather than one universal procedure.
- Mobility & accommodationCoordinate travel and the transition into qualification or the employer's operation.
Destinations are not recruiting markets
Germany and Poland are initial destinations. Recruiting includes the EU and selected third-country markets such as Morocco; this does not imply current candidate availability or an approved route for every individual.
- PolandNational licence and qualification requirements need separate case review. Detailed destination orientation is currently available in German.
- MoroccoA recruiting market, not an employment destination in this overview. Licence, qualification, residence and mobility questions remain individual; no candidate numbers or procedural guarantees are stated.
Start from your requirement
Define the assignment, location, time window and existing driver prerequisites before selecting a route. Country pages are orientation, not legal advice or a substitute for decisions by responsible bodies.
