Germany & EU
Drivers from Germany and the EU
Within the EU, many drivers can be placed directly when licence, qualification and language fit. Where something is missing, we review it individually.
EU origin does not automatically mean immediate readiness
Drivers from Germany or the EU can be placed directly when the relevant prerequisites are present. The individual profile, evidence and employer's assignment must still match; an EU connection does not establish that every requirement has been met.
What we review before direct placement
- Driving licenceRelevant class, validity and issuing country for the planned assignment and destination.
- Professional qualification and evidenceRequired initial qualification, periodic training and evidence such as FQN/Code 95, considered separately from the licence.
- Driver cardWhether a valid card is present where it is needed for the assignment.
- Language and operational fitWorkplace communication and experience with the vehicle, load or passengers.
- Availability and company requirementsDesired start, location, shift pattern and other operational expectations. Availability is established for the case, not advertised as guaranteed.
Individual placement as the usual route
- Individual enquiryFor suitable profiles from Germany and the EU, individual placement on request is the usual approach.
- If something is missingUnresolved evidence or preparation needs are assessed separately and an appropriate next step considered, without promising its outcome or completion date.
Responsibilities remain clear
- NOFLEETCoordinates recruiting, selection and review of the route towards employment.
- Authorities and examination bodiesRetain decisions about licences, qualification evidence and driver cards where applicable.
Poland requires its own review
Poland is an initial destination alongside Germany. National requirements are reviewed for the particular licence, qualification and destination situation; Germany-specific guidance is not automatically applied to Poland. Citizenship, residence, licence issuer and destination must not be treated as the same fact.
Mobility where a driver changes location
If the driver needs to relocate for the position, NOFLEET can coordinate travel and accommodation as appropriate. Scope and availability are agreed individually.
Questions about Germany & EU placement
- Can an EU driver start immediately? Not automatically. Licence, professional qualification evidence, driver card and fit for the assignment are reviewed before placement.
- Can I request one driver?Yes. Individual placement is the usual route for suitable Germany/EU profiles.
- What about Poland? The destination and national requirements need separate review; no blanket equivalence is assumed.
- How does an enquiry begin?Describe the assignment and requirements. NOFLEET reviews profiles and the possible next steps.
